Primary Leaders Award
The Sports Partnership has delivered over 40 primary leaders awards for local primary schools in the past few years, below you can find some examples of the worksheets and task card used in the award.
Our course focuses on allowing the Sports Leaders to deliver safe, fun activities whilst using the principles of STEP to adapt any games to meet the needs of all leaners. The course includes the following aspects
- Full school days training.
- Leadership development through practical activities during the morning, using worksheets to embed learning.
- Practise learnt skills in the afternoon by running a multi skills festival for a KS1 Class.
- Worksheets supporting the course.
- 10 Multi Skills cards for school to use at lunch time.
- Certifcates for all children who complete the training.
