Primary Event Guidance

Below you can find our Standard Policies for all our School events, plus our event specific guidance 

Partnership Rules 

- No jewellery may be worn by any player, including earrings​​

 - Please bring two sets of bibs for your team.

 - First Aid – Schools are responsible for their own first aid and should bring first aid kit with them including ice packs. 

 - Safeguarding – schools are responsible for ensuring their own safeguarding policies are followed at the event.

Parents Spectating 

  • Parents are welcome to attend selected events but will be expected to abide by the Code of Conduct and Sign in on arrival.

Parents Transport children to events 

  • It is the school’s responsibility to ensure insurance is in place for each vehicle / driver bringing children to our events.

  • It is the school’s responsibility to ensure any parents bringing other people’s children are correctly DBS check.

  • It is the parent’s responsibility to sign in any children they are dropping off before they leave the venue.

Photography (Only Staff & Partnership)

  • Parents will not be allowed to take Photos at any of the events.

  • School Staff are welcome to take Photos of their own students.

  • The Partnership will ask schools on arrival if they pupils have permission to be photographed and shared on social media. 

  • If a school arrives and the members of staff are unaware or have not been informed, then no Photos will be taken of any child within that team. If the teacher later confirms from the school any updated information, the event manager will then allow photos to be taken of this team or child following the registration procedures.

  • At the end of the game, players can shake hands or elbow touch players and the ref. 

  • No foul language is permitted towards other players or the referee by anyone at the event. Any aggression towards the referee is NOT permitted and players / parents / teachers will be disqualified from the event if they swear or show aggression to the referee.
